I've been toying with the idea of putting together a coffee table-type book featuring some of the historic buildings I've taken photos of over the last several years.  I think it would be very easy to do- I could do all of the layout and formatting myself- and I would love to pass on some of my interest and passion for historic buildings to others.

I think the first thing I would need to do is sort through which photos are the best / most popular- and I think the best way to do that is to just let people vote on them.  So from now until I actually start to put the book together (let's say, July 1)  please comment on or send me a note and let me know which photos you think are the best from my Photography collection- choose as many as you like.  Those with the most votes will be top priority for inclusion in the upcoming book.

Thanks very much to everyone who chooses to help, and thank you all for the favs and watches!

I'm a 38 year old graduate of Texas A&M University's Master of Urban Planning program, with emphasis on ecological design and historic preservation. Currently I work for a GIS consulting firm in Houston, Texas. While this isn't at all related to historic preservation, I do travel all over the state and get to photograph a lot of historic buildings.

I am formally trained as an architectural and engineering draftsman, and I have seven years experience as an architectural designer. I also have ten years experience as an engineering draftsman. Aside from that, I've been a soldier, a waiter, a surveyor, a GIS technician, and a grocery store cashier.

Current Residence: Victoria, Texas
Operating System: PC- Windows 7
Tools of the Trade: AutoCAD 2012, Illustrator CS5, Photoshop CS5, Sketchup 8
Favourite cartoon character: Charlie Brown. We have a lot in common.

From a technical standpoint, no. I just dislike clutter, I guess.
